
Gloria Ramirez has 20 years of experience in a variety of businesses. Over the last 8 years she has obtained a wealth of knowledge in real estate and community development. Projects range from managing multi-family properties, project/permit manager of a 100-acre development as well as consultant for community stakeholders in branding/developing vibrant retail business district.
These projects have provided opportunities to collaborate with a myriad of organizations including merchants, Uptown Bellevue and Rainier Beach Merchants Association; non-profit developer, SouthEast Effective Development; public agencies, King County Housing Authority and City of Seattle; social service providers, Boys and Girls Clubs Southwest and Puget Sound Educational Services.
While obtaining her Masters in Urban Planning focused on Real Estate Development and Urban Design, she started CSE Planning to provide affordable community development services. A sample of her projects include community assessment and creation of a business district pedestrian plan, economic baseline studies of neighborhoods, and safe route to school maps.
In the last year, she expanded her portfolio to include real estate financial analysis & market research and designing business marketing strategies.
